The room had very good tea and coffee facilities. I liked the option to get filtered water down the corridor. The bed, bedding and curtains were great I got a good night's sleep. The location is ideal with easy access to the city centre.
The uncovered concrete ceiling looked unfinished. The bathroom felt small compared to the overall room size.

The check-in was delayed. My room wasn't ready until 4:30 PM even though check-in started at 3 PM. Staff couldn't provide updates, made me miss planned activities. I had to get ready in the restaurant.

The decor had a really nice feel. The gym was fantastic, it had good equipment. The rooms also felt spacious. They provided many amenities, and I found them quite useful.
Check-in had a queue at reception. It was annoying when staff delayed the arrival process. I had to fill in an iPad with my details. I found it a hassle.

charmed stay in the city
amazing gym spacious rooms friendly staff
I found the hotel quite charming. the gym facilities are amazing. I especially liked the modern equipment. there are spacious rooms, and i appreciate the warm vibe. It felt very cute. i also found the staff very friendly, and they provided excellent service.
The check-in process was slightly slow. There was a small queue at reception.

spacious room great location comfy bed
the room was spacious and well laid out the location was great too. breakfast was lovely and bar service in pip offered delicious cocktails. i loved the comfy bed and pillows.
i only had one small issue there were not enough cups for the number of people booked in the room

Really good Amenities and Convenient Location
excellent gym themed decor convenient location
The gym was excellent, with plentiful equipment including free weights and machines. I appreciated the little details in the themed decor, it added to the ambiance. The hotel's location made it simple to walk to many different places.
The staff could have been slightly more proactive during check-in.
